The product image looks like my original keys, but FWIW, the spares actually have a wider body; they are not quite as compact. I might have preferred for them to be.

The spare keys I.had ordered for my X1 lock did not arrive, I emailed Litelok and was told the keys were dispatched but the courier had no record of the order being scanned,. They apologised and reordered the keys again for me with their manufacturer, which I received.
It's when things go wrong that make or break a company, so when I need another lock like the X3, I will be placing my order with Litelok, as well as.telling others.of my positive experience with the company.

Super ....... it would-be great if the key supplier could supply keys as quickly as you can supply new locks !
But ...... so good to have registered keys and to know that fresh keys are available without fuss ... also so nice to deal with a company who really do want to support their customers after sales - not what is happening out there generally - sad to say.

The replacement spare keys were excellent. I should have been more careful with my first set, but although I only misplaced one key, it's too risky not having a spare as the lock is virtually impenetrable without a key!
I would have awarded 5 stars, but delivery time is almost three weeks!
