At first, you would be surprised how heavy it! But it is not a bad thing. It does feel solid and indestructible. Both parts - d shackle and lock, are perfectly tight and there is no wiggle or any loose fit. Downside of this is that you really need to align them perfectly when locking.
Overall it is well worth the money, and I feel a lot more confident about my bike security.

Seems very sturdy, great feel to it and a good locking mechanism. A couple of great touches like the key hole cover and the coating. I hope not to find out how angle grinder proof it really is but I'm pretty confident it'll put the thieves off. Mine fits round my front tyre so they'd have to make 2 cuts ro get it off. Impressed.

I brought this D lock after watching various you tube videos especially Bennets bike social review, it is also rated as angle grinder resistant.
The inner width of the lock enables it to fit over my front wheel that has a 90 90 21 tyre.
With its square shackle locking mechanism it means it would need 2 cuts to be able to remove it, resulting in extra time and discs and batteries if attacked by an angle grinder.
Using the lock gives me piece of mind knowing that my bike will still be there if I have to leave it unattended.
I would recommend this lock.

I've removed the immobiliser from my Triumph Tiger 800 XCX and was looking for a high quality shackle lock to replace it. This was highly recommended in online reviews; very happy with it. It'll be ideal for day-to-day security and to take on bike trips. I also like additional keys can be ordered if needed. Worth the money!

Nice item, easy to use, no chance of scratching my bike. feel nervous leaving my new e-bike anywhere, but this lock gives me a bit more confidence that the bike is protected, and also the lock hopefully acts as a deterrent too.

I bought my second Litelock in the light of my satisfaction with the one I already have, and in advance of the arrival of an e-cargo bike I have on order. I can make no useful comment on my use of this one, but I am sure I shall be as satisfied with this as with its predecessor.

Unfortunately literally three days within purchase my son's ebike was targeted (in broad daylight on a busy street parked directly across from his high school while he was taking a final exam). He came out to find his lock partially cut through (see attached photo) but still on. Horrible that it needs to be used at all but so glad we decided to pay more for such a high quality lock.
